LifeBoard Terms of Use
By using LifeBoard, you agree to use it lawfully and accept these terms.
Licence
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use LifeBoard on a compatible device. You may not misuse, unlawfully copy, sell or attempt to compromise the app or its update service.
Your information and backups
You are responsible for information you enter, its accuracy, device security and maintaining suitable encrypted backups. Test important backups before relying on them.
Reminders and calculations
Notifications can be delayed or blocked by device settings, permissions, battery controls or operating-system behaviour. Expense totals and date calculations are organisational aids and should be checked against authoritative records.
Not professional or emergency advice
LifeBoard does not provide financial, legal, medical, insurance or other professional advice and is not an emergency or safety-critical service.
Beta availability and liability
Pre-release versions may contain defects and features may change. To the extent permitted by law, AbcHub is not responsible for indirect loss caused by device failure, missed reminders, incorrect entries or lost backup credentials. Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not use LifeBoard or its services unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, distribute harmful code or misuse update infrastructure.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using LifeBoard and delete its data at any time. Terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change; material changes should be presented with a future release.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable South African law without removing mandatory rights under the law that applies to you.
